If a competitor to the U started which forbade teachers from requiring attendance more than three days a semester, I'd pay at least 20% more for tuition. Professor, my brother is leaving on his mission after this semester, and then we won't be able to play Halo for TWO YEARS. What kind of monster are you?

Both, possibly. A lot of mission areas, even in the States, still don't even allow e-mail correspondence, and though I haven't heard video games specifically forbidden, television is, and most also disallow music that isn't explicitly religious. You have a day a week off from proselytizing, but that's also when you need to get groceries, do laundry, etc., and the rest of the time is, by my impression, generally used for stuff like basketball and museums.
