Since the only times 'Brozy posts about cooking is when it turns out horribly, I should note that this weekend, her lasagna was divine. Likewise, a couple weeks ago, she made broiled salmon with steamed asparagus, mashed potatoes, and tortellini, which was marvelous. (Salmon recipe was from America's Test Kitchen. Amazing.)
