So we've finally signed away thirty years of mortgage payments. We ended up going with the broker 'Brozy's boss recommended, but I wanted to speak well of Rod Gibb of Home Money Loands. His proposal was unnervingly cheap, and he was extremely professional about our rejection.

The first of next month is the transfer of possession, but we're thinking we'll rent another week or two and wait until the weekend.
